Big  T and Vitamin Bree are known for bringing “Positive Energy and Sunshine” to everyone they meet.  Tim & Bree first met almost 10 years ago, when Tim had just opened his Design  Gallery in Aspen, Colorado selling Functional Art / Furniture and Investment-Grade Art to clients from all over The World.   They spent countless hours there getting to know one another and cultivating their passion for art, design & real estate.  After many years of enjoying the Aspen lifestyle, they closed that chapter of their lives and moved to Park City, Utah.  Together they moved from one luxury mountain town to another working on design projects from Aspen / Snowmass to Breckenridge, Park City, and projects  for clients with luxury homes throughout the country.

       One of their favorite things to do while living in Aspen & Park City was to explore the neighborhoods with Mountain Modern Design, meet artists and visit design studios.  They would imbibe in the architecture & interior design; and pop into every open house they could.  As you can imagine, Aspen and Park City have incredible homes with amazing design, is an understatement.  They’d study every detail of the material mix- wood, metal & stone.  Paying attention to the colors, textures and structure.   Even on vacation in Telluride or anywhere else they would always spend time in the local art & design galleries and real estate.  

     They commonly frequent Telluride, where they got married.   Now their current chapter is based out of The Great Smoky Mountains working with clients up and down The East Coast and applying their own unique approach to design and set up of large luxury projects.  They moved during the covid lockdowns and fell in love with the Smoky Mountains and the southern hospitality.  In addition to their design business, they are building luxury custom homes in the Great Smoky Mountains and Pocono Mountains.  They are in the best locations with the million dollar views for which The Smokies and Poconos are known and love the mountains lifestyle and designs that accompany them. 

     They live the vacation lifestyle and share it with their guests through their vacation rentals.  They have vacation rentals in the Pocono Mountains & Great Smoky Mountains and hope to have them in the Rocky Mountains someday!
